Feb. 17, 2014 Update

During the past few weeks we’ve completed several new features which we hope will enhance your billing experience.

Pay with PayPal vs. Pay with Credit Card

You may now display on your invoices two payment options side-by-side:

1. Pay with PayPal routes your clients through the PayPal payment form. Your clients will eventually get returned to your invoice and will see the “Paid” stamp once they have finalized the payment. You can find out more about the process by visiting our PayPal invoicing article.

2. Pay with Credit Card invokes a payment form which can be submitted quickly (safeguard with SSL). You can find out more about the process by visiting our Authorize.Net invoicing article.

GUI Redesigned

We’ve completely redesigned the account layout to make things smoother and easier. If you have further suggestions we’re always open to new ideas.

Multiple Template Support for Multi-Company Management

We’ve added support for multiple design templates when managing multiple companies. So when invoicing your clients you may use a different template for each one of your companies.

New Copy/Conversion Options

You may now use some new copy/conversion options:
Copy – invoices, estimates, po’s
Convert invoice to estimate
Convert purchase order to invoice

Catalog Import

We’ve added an option to import your catalog items via an Excel spreadsheet.

Alpha-Numeric Document Numbers

You may now use both characters and numbers as your document ids.

New Article Knowledgebase

We’ve created a whole new article knowledgebase at the following address: http://www.BILLIVING.com
